Self Service Kiosks
Pay your bill by cash or ATM/debit card with PIN at more than 40 Colorado Springs 7-Eleven convenience store locations. A $2 fee is charged per transaction at the kiosk for payments up to $2,500 and $2 for each $2,500 increment thereafter. We do not receive any part of the convenience fees associated with the processing of these payments.
Be sure to have your account number and phone number to use at the kiosks.
Pay Agents
You can pay your utilities bill electronically with cash, check or money order at local King Sooper's, Albertsons and TCF Banks. Look for Western Union Convenience Pay®, which is typically located at the retailer's customer service desk. A $1.50 service fee is charged by Western Union®.
Don't forget to bring your account number to ensure your payment credits to your account.
