Our Rapid Response Team can help primary employers navigate through approvals, permits and regulations associated with a building project. Our largest business customers are assigned an account manager who will help find personalized solutions for your utility needs. Our dedicated account management staff of experienced, trained professionals provide more than 175 years of combined utility experience specializing in various industries.

A community-wide collaborative effort, the Rapid Response Team involves members from a number of entities with the goal to assist businesses planning expansions or relocation to Colorado Springs.

Well before construction or relocations begins, your company representatives meet with team members who represent reviewing agencies involved in the permitting process. The team listens, anticipates issues, answers questions, and helps find solutions to delays - all within your project timeline in mind.

The team's role is to expedite:
