How it works
Customers are encouraged to call Colorado Springs Utilities for FREE service referrals for utility-related projects. We have more than 60 categories that include:

We refer two company names (including phone numbers) to each customer (on an equal rotational basis) based on the type of work requested and location served. Customers may or may not call the contractors and may or may not select contractors to perform the work. All participating contractors are required to sign a contract, be a member of the Better Business Bureau and fulfill other contractual agreements including monthly fees for this lead generation service.
Two invoicing payment options exist for low and high volume categories of service requests.

Contractors are charged for leads regardless if the customer contacts the company or not. Due to privacy policies, customer information is not shared with contractors. Contractors who sign a contract are given free decals and magnets that identify their partnership with Colorado Springs Utilities.
