Water: No more water will be available for the balance of 2008.

Electricity: Colorado Springs Utilities may be able to provide electricity connections for events on public property that require power from non-metered sources. The event organizer will be charged for time and materials to set plug-ins. The cost is $65 per street light plug-in, $135 per temporary pedestal and/or $50 per flower box plug. Please provide the number of plug-ins you are requesting, the exact location of all plug-ins and the amps/volts for each, if known. Our engineers will meet with organizers to determine availability and cost of power for the event. Please submit requests for electricity at least four weeks prior to the event date. You may request temporary power in addition to financial sponsorship.

Designated City Sponsored Events: Colorado Springs Utilities will provide financial support for barricades for events designated as city sponsored by City Council. This is the only funding that will be considered for these events. Water and temporary electricity may also be requested. You must submit an online sponsorship request for barricades support of a city sponsored event. Please complete at least four weeks prior to the event date.
