If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call us at 448-4800. A representative can assist you between 7 a.m and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday or between 8 a.m. and noon on Saturday. You can also call our One Touch Instant Service (OTIS) phone system at 448-4848 to receive account information. If you prefer to speak to a representative in person, please stop by the Customer Care Center between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
