Volunteers learn more about Xeriscape, water conservation and plant identification through hands-on gardening, community involvement at open houses and seminars, and mentoring programs for the novice gardener. Hours are flexible and tasks are tailored to the volunteers’ interests. All the job requires is a friendly disposition, and a heart for planting and growing in Colorado.
