We're proud to sponsor several performers from the Performing Arts for Youth Organization (PAYO) who offer programs focused on water conservation, recycling and alternative energy sources.
Don't be a Drip...Go with the Flow - Beth Epley
Water is our most valuable resource. Our bodies are made of water. Our food is dependent on water. We are surrounded by water! Get ready to go with the flow and experience songs, games and stories that celebrate conservation and practical water use.
Gifts of the Firebringer - John Stansfield
Stories, songs and choral readings present the mythology and history of energy sources vital to humanity. An optional imaginative writing workshop is available to further enhance student learning about energy.
Hello Earth! - Patti Smithsonian
The Wolf teaches Little Red Riding Hood about recycling paper instead of chopping down forests. The Three Little Pigs learn about wasting disposable goods and their impact on the environment. The Ant and the Grasshopper remind us to enjoy life! Students also learn how to make puppets from recycled materials.
The Magic of Recycling - Bruce Black
Fun and motivational magic demonstrates and reinforces ways children can recycle, save water and protect the environment.
Spaceship Earth - Joe Uveges
Earth facts, solar systems, water cycles and conservation are all conveyed through original songs and rap, amazing technological "looping" devices and boundless imagination - all within the context of imagining the earth as our spaceship and we are the crew!
Water-Wise, The Magic of Water Conservation - Bruce Black
Students learn the importance of saving water, especially during times of drought, and ways they can make a difference in this fun-filled demonstration.
