Our award-winning, in-house training caters to all types of individuals and is an excellent way to promote success at Colorado Springs Utilities. We created the University of Springs Utilities (USU) to provide further education and training for all of our employees - entry level and executive management positions, office and field personnel, and those with masters degrees and high school equivalents.
Looking for a career opportunity without a traditional four-year degree? We understand college is not for everyone. We facilitate learning in both traditional and non-traditional formats.
