How to Get Your Rebate
- You must be a Colorado Springs Utilities water customer.
- Make sure you purchase and install a qualifying toilet.
- The rebate amount cannot exceed the actual cost of the toilet.
- Sign and mail your completed application with proof of purchase to Colorado Springs Utilities.
