Consolidated Billing is a free service for customers with multiple accounts, Consolidated Billing coordinates all of your monthly bills for your different service addresses into a single due date so you receive them all at the same time.

Eligibility requirements

  • Accounts must be current.
  • One-time and miscellaneous bills are excluded.
  • May only consolidate accounts once within a 12-month period. If a new property is added in your name, it may be eligible at that time.
  • Accounts must have the same name and mailing address.

How to enroll

  1. Download the Consolidated Billing Enrollment Form.
  2.  Complete all the required information.
  3. Return it to us to process. (Please allow one full bill cycle for Consolidated Billing to take effect.) It's that easy!

  • You must have satisfactory pay history.
  • You can not have a previous bankruptcy associated with any account.
  • You can not be enrolled in Budget Billing.
  • One-time and miscellaneous bills are excluded.
