If you’re thinking about upgrading your home, there has never been a better time to consider making a change. We are increasing multiple of our rebates to help lower your utility bill and increase how comfortable you are in your home.
66% increase to our insulation rebate
Upgrading insulation is the first step to an efficient home, and customers will notice an almost immediate impact on their winter and summer energy bill after making this upgrade.
Customers can now earn up to $3,750 if they install additional insulation in their attic, walls and crawl spaces. This is a 66% increase of the $750 rebate offered in 2024. The attic, walls and crawl space all qualify for individual rebates of $1,250.

HVAC rebates for big savings
For new ENERGY STAR furnaces, we’re now offering a $900 rebate, up 80% from the $500 offered in 2024. Customers with hot water heating who install ENERGY STAR boilers can now also qualify for this rebate.
We are also offering a $750 rebate for efficient heat pump water heaters, and a $300 rebate for ENERGY STAR qualified gas tank and tankless water heaters. This $300 rebate is a 300% increase from what we were offering in 2024!
Heat pumps are efficient and reliable for heating and cooling all year long. For 2025, we have increased our rebates to $1500 for an ENERGY STAR heat pump, and $3000 for a Cold Climate Heat Pump. Customers may also be eligible for a federal tax credit for these systems.
A great time to consider a heat pump is after upgrading your insulation and when you plan to replace your home’s air conditioning system.
