Start service

Please visit the Start Service page in My Account to start this process. If you are a business customer, please complete the process at least three business days in advance of your desired start date. Applications can take up to three days to complete and are prioritized by start date.

Please have the following information available:

  • The name and Social Security number for the main contact on the account, or legal business name and tax ID number for businesses.
  • The names for everyone else you'll list on the account.
  • The new service address (and mailing address if different from the service address).
  • Requested start date.

Stop service

If you are moving out of the Colorado Springs area, please log in to My Account. Applications can take up to three days to complete and are prioritized by stop date.

Please have the following information available:

  • The date you want to stop service.
  • Your forwarding mailing address.

Move service

If you're a customer with active service and are moving from one address to another within the Colorado Springs area, please log in to My Account to set up a transfer of service. If you are a business customer, please complete the process at least three business days in advance of your desired move date.

Please let us know when to take the service out of your name at one address and start your service at your new location.
