After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text “START” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. You may also OPT OUT by calling our customer service center at (719) 448-4800.

Audio/Video Recording and Photography Public Use Policy
Per Colorado Springs Utilities' policy, there is no audio or video recording or photography within the area defined as the lobby within the Customer Service Center at 111 S. Cascade Ave.
While this is publicly accessible location, due to privacy and the nature of financial business conducted within the lobby, it is designated a non-public area for private business transactions. This has been established to protect our customers’ right to conduct their financial business in a private setting without risk of identity theft or unknown access to their personally identifiable information by another individual utilizing audio/video recording equipment and/or photography equipment.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in you being asked to leave and/ or being charged with Trespassing by the Colorado Springs Police Department.
