Performance
Eastern blue star is planted in three different locations at the Water Wise Demonstration Garden. In all three spots, it has performed very well.
It blooms reliably, overwinters easily and has a nice gold color in fall. Definitely worth considering.
Maintenance
Cut stems to ground level in late winter before new growth begins in spring.
