Performance
Golden sword yucca has only recently been planted at the Xeriscape Demonstration Garden. It is not as xeric as soapweed and constantly produces suckers. The flowers are incredibly beautiful.
Maintenance
Remove spent flower stalk, if desired. This plant naturally grows in clusters. The suckers can be continuously removed to maintain a specimen plant, but must be done repeatedly.
