Van Houtte Spirea
Van Houtte spirea is a shrub with upright, arching branches. Its claim to fame occurs in late spring, when its branches are covered with clusters of single snowy white flowers. The white flowers seem especially bright against the small, dark green, oblong leaves. The leaves turn a pretty gold and red color in the fall.
This is an easy-to-grow shrub provided it is watered regularly.
