Our website has a fresh, new look

Navigating through a website should be a breeze, not a puzzle. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that our website, csu.org, has a new, user-friendly design. 

Our previous website had its challenges. Users had reported difficulties in finding information quickly and efficiently. Mobile users experienced suboptimal performance, and the site did not fully meet modern accessibility standards. We heard you, and we have made significant improvements. 

We have completely overhauled our website to create a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. Finding the information and services you need is now easier than ever. We have also taken steps toward ensuring the new site meets the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to provide a better experience for all users. 

New key features include:  

  • Improved navigation for easy access to billing options, rebates, efficiency tips and customer programs. 
  • A document library with filters to help all users find forms and applications. 
  • A refreshed tool to help you find water-wise plants for your landscapes. 
  • One-click access to My Account, our outage map and rebate information. 
  • Enhanced accessibility to ensure we provide the best user experience for all customers. 

But we’re not stopping there. We understand the importance of serving every member of our community, and it’s why we will offer every webpage on csu.org in Spanish in 2025. 

This relaunch is a significant milestone for us, but it is just the beginning. We will continue to listen to feedback and make improvements to ensure that our website serves our customers in the best way possible.
