Colorado Springs Utilities has partnered with SwiftComply to support online submission of tests. Prior to conducting tests, all certified backflow prevention contractors and testers must register for a SwiftComply Backflow account.

After registration

  • After submitting the form, you will receive a welcome email in three to five business days explaining how to finish the registration process.
  • You will need to upload a copy of your up-to-date ABPA or ASSE certification and current test kit information before tests can be submitted. 

Please remember to keep your backflow testing certification information current by updating your information in SwiftComply.

How do I register?

You may submit a request for an account through SwiftComply’s portal. It may take up to five business days for your request to be processed. You will receive a welcome email to set your password. You will need to upload current certification and test kit documentation before you can submit a test.
