Bigroot Geranium
This perennial flower forms a dense groundcover of deep green leaves. The deeply lobed leaves are sticky and aromatic. The attractive leaves are one of its best attributes.
Five-petaled, magenta pink flowers appear from mid-spring to early summer. With regular moisture, this is a good cranesbill for use in shady gardens in Colorado Springs.
