Smoky Hills Skullcap
Smoky Hills skullcap is a small, native perennial flower. Naturally found in the southern Great Plains, it is perfectly drought, heat and wind tolerant.
This plant grows as a small shrubby mound of green-grey fuzzy leaves. In May and June, it produces flowering stalks with deep blue flowers, each with two small white patches.
Since it is a small plant, it is a good choice for rock gardens or front edges of planting beds.
